This is a snap shot of the work I have been doing with Charlene for our playology project. We went to cambridge to do a workshop with some year 5's and 6's which was really fun - they had loads of ideas for how we are going to tackle the next part of the project where we are hopefully going to build the giant digestive system. For the workshop we designed an activity where the kids had to pretend they were the digestive system and take the 'food cubes', break down the things inside them with enzyme scissors and turn the cubes to waste. We also got them to fill out some booklets about elements of the digestive system which had some pretty funny results.
